Greetings from IMA UP State
Indian Medical Association (IMA) is the largest represented organization of doctors of modern system of medicines in India which looks after the interest of doctors as well as the wellbeing of the community at large. It has a membership of 3.5 lacks doctors spread over in 28 state branches, 5 union territorial branches and 1072 local branches in almost all the districts of India. I am associated with this august association from 5 decades.
I am thankful to 23000 members of IMA UP State to have faith in me and elected me as president of this prestigious association unanimously. This is the beauty and purity of our state IMA democracy that a person from a small branch can also reach to the topmost post of IMA State branch.
As a president of this august association will continue all schemes and policies particularly to increase membership drive Aao Gaon Chale project and to show our strength on social media platform will be our priority. Nonetheless our members welfare prime focus and raising their issues and fighting for their rights with the authorities.
